Your satisfaction means the world to us. That said, for hygiene reasons:
- We’re unable to accept returns on pierced earrings if the packaging has been opened.
- If the earrings are unworn and sealed, you’re welcome to return them within 14 days of delivery.
- If your item is faulty or not as described, we’ll always offer a refund, replacement, or repair—even if the packaging has been opened.
- Personalised or custom items are non-returnable unless damaged.
